Our First Christmas Bell

Our First Christmas Angels blessed them, the vows were exchanged, the church bells rang clearly, in unison they sang.

Their family and friends gathered round them, they first entered the room, as a new married couple, a new page to turn.

They danced until dawn, and then after cake, and one final toast, they left there by horse.

The blessing still with them, they now set up their tree, a new tradition between them, the first Christmas glee.
